Following a massive win at UFC 246 last Saturday, Conor McGregor has jumped two places in the updated pound-for-pound rankings.
‘The Notorious’ from Ireland made a successful MMA comeback this weekend as he demolished Donald Cerrone just 40 seconds into their welterweight clash – the second fastest victory in his UFC career.
The former two-division champion took home a disclosed $3 million fight purse from his Las Vegas appearance and an extra $50 000 for the Performance of the Night honor.
It was his first MMA win in three years, which helped him improve in the latest fighters rankings in the UFC.
McGregor cracked the top 15 in the welterweight rankings, secured the the third spot at 155 pounds, and moved up to 11th place in the P4P list.
